If the order is still active, use Edit Order. Payments already received stay applied.

1. 1Open the order in Orders and choose Edit Order. This requires edit permission.
2. 2Update the services, add-ons, or quantities in the cashier’s amend mode.
3. 3Review the recalculated balance or refund, save, then reopen the order to check it.

Use Stock Opname to record the count, explain the difference, and keep an audit trail.

1. 1Select the correct branch and start an opname session for the stock type.
2. 2Enter the physical counts and a variance reason for each difference.
3. 3Open Review, check the adjustments, then post when the count is verified.

Record only what arrived. A partial receipt keeps the remaining quantity open.

1. 1Open the approved purchase order, then Process → Receive Goods.
2. 2Select the arriving items and enter 12 received. Check the receipt date and batches.
3. 3Save the receipt. Receive the remaining 8 against the same PO when they arrive.

Use split payment so both methods are recorded against the same transaction.

1. 1In the Payment step, choose Cash, enter the cash amount, and select Add.
2. 2Choose QRIS and add the remaining amount. Review any transaction fee.
3. 3When the remaining balance reaches zero, select Process and check the receipt.

The reschedule button is hidden when a staff member lacks the Reschedule permission.

1. 1Check the affected staff member’s permissions with the business owner or admin.
2. 2If rescheduling is part of their role, ask the admin to grant that permission.
3. 3Return to the appointment in Calendar and use its calendar button to reschedule.

A failed posting can leave the sale recorded without its journal. Check Posting Failures first.

1. 1Open Posting Failures and find the source transaction. Read its error details.
2. 2Resolve the stated cause, such as account setup, with your finance admin.
3. 3Then retry and verify the journal. For a duplicate warning, check the ledger before retrying.
