Is the portal included with Pro Plus?

Yes. Pro Plus includes the full customer portal. Configure your booking access, payment connection and the services you want customers to see. Optional experiences such as the product store and referrals appear when enabled.

Can I use my own business identity?

Yes. Set your logo, accent color, font, banners and welcome content. Your portal uses an address such as book.pawsi.id/your-business.

Do customers have to create an account?

You control access: public browsing and guest booking, sign-in required to book, or a restricted portal. Customers with an account can return to their pets, bookings and benefits.

Can I keep my booking and cancellation rules?

Yes. Configure scheduling, reschedule limits, vaccination and profile requirements, deposits, cancellation rules and service agreements. The customer journey follows the settings you enable.

Does the product store include delivery?

The current product storefront supports pickup at the selected branch. Pet transport is a separate service, with its own route, schedule and fare.
