PAWSI is operated, contracted and invoiced by PT PAWSI Digital Indonesia. These Terms govern access to the PAWSI website, applications and related services. By creating an account, subscribing or using the service, the customer confirms that its representative has authority to accept these Terms.

PAWSI provides web-based POS and management software connecting checkout, customers and pets, services, inventory, staff and business reporting. Features depend on the subscribed plan, enabled modules, configuration, permissions and third-party availability. Veterinary clinical functionality is coming soon and is not available for activation.

• Provide accurate account, business and billing information and keep it current.
• Control staff access, protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
• Use PAWSI only for lawful business activity, provide required privacy notices, and obtain any necessary consents or permissions for customer, pet, staff and transaction data.
• Check configuration, prices, taxes, records and outputs before relying on them for business, accounting or legal decisions.

Customers must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, upload unlawful or harmful material, probe or attack systems without written authorization, infringe another party’s rights, resell access without agreement, or use the service to violate applicable law. PAWSI may restrict activity reasonably believed to threaten customers, the service or third parties.

Customers retain ownership and control of business records they submit. PAWSI may process those records only to provide, secure, support and legally operate the service. Personal-data handling and rights follow the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Customers remain responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of data they submit.

PAWSI uses encrypted HTTPS connections, controlled access, service monitoring and daily offsite backups to help protect customer data. No online service can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance and conducted outside 08:00–17:00 WIB.

Some functions depend on third-party services such as payment gateways, communications or integrations. Their approval, fees, availability, data handling and terms may apply separately. The customer uses its own payment-provider account and credentials; PAWSI does not hold customer funds.

PAWSI and its licensors retain all rights in the software, design, documentation, brands and system materials. A subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the active paid period. Customer ownership of submitted business records does not transfer ownership of PAWSI software or system materials.

Plan prices, billing, trials, add-ons, cancellation, refunds, onboarding, support and end-of-subscription data handling are governed by the Subscription Terms. PAWSI may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, non-payment or a serious risk to the service or others, subject to applicable law.

Each party remains responsible for losses it causes under applicable law. To the extent legally permitted, PAWSI is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, customer configuration or data errors, unauthorized use caused by customer credential handling, or failures of independent third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indonesian law.

PAWSI may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels before they take effect. Indonesian law governs these Terms. Questions or notices may be sent to [email protected] or the official PAWSI WhatsApp channel.
