Duration-based daycare, with no wasted hours
Set the service duration and check-in time once. Every pickup past the deadline is automatically billed or upgraded according to your rules, so no hour goes to waste and no charge slips through.

Daycare that runs clean, with no manual math
Duration, timing, and lateness are all measured by the system, so staff can focus on the animals instead of a calculator.
Durationflexible
Half day, full day, or a custom duration. Each service has its own operating hours and pickup deadline.
0wasted hours
Lateness is measured automatically from check-in time plus service duration, then billed or upgraded with nothing missed.
1xsetup
Set the late checkout rule once when creating the service. After that it applies automatically at every pickup.

“Every dog dropped off is visible on one screen — who's in which area, whether capacity is safe, right down to the photo notes. Owners feel at ease because they get updates, and we never get confused about which dog is where anymore.”

Late pickup, handled instantly
As soon as a customer picks up past the deadline, PAWSI calculates the lateness instantly and offers two options: add an hourly fee, or upgrade to a longer duration if it's cheaper for the customer. Staff just apply or waive it, and the transaction total updates itself.

Yes. Every daycare service has a duration (e.g. 240 minutes for half day, 480 minutes for a full day) and operating hours. The pickup deadline is calculated from check-in time + duration, so lateness is measured automatically.
Depends on the setting. "Staff confirmation" mode shows a prompt to review the fee vs upgrade before it's applied; "automatic" mode applies the action instantly on a late checkout.
