Create a PO to a supplier through a Draft, Submitted, Received flow. Choose a supplier, add products, set quantity and price, then export a PDF to send. When goods arrive, receive them per batch with expiry date and landed cost — stock updates automatically and the supplier debt posts to the journal. Partial receiving and installment payments are supported.

Stock arrives as a batch, value updates automatically
Every time goods are received, stock comes in as its own batch with received date, cost price, and expiry date. Total stock and stock value increase immediately, and when it's sold later the system draws down the oldest batch first (see the animation above) so nothing expires on the shelf. Average cost is calculated automatically from the remaining batches.

Beyond products for sale, track consumable supplies like grooming shampoo, towels, and combs. Every item has a purchase unit and usage unit with automatic conversion, a reorder point, and a stock status. Once stock hits the minimum threshold, the card switches to Low Stock so you restock before running out.

Send products to partners on consignment with a flexible commission scheme: percentage, price markup, or a flat rate per unit. Stock per partner is tracked in real time, partners report sales, and the system calculates commission and generates an invoice. Inter-branch stock transfer is also formal, with approval and a PDF delivery note.
